Return and Exchange Policy

• For damaged or wrongly shipped items, the customer has the right to request a replacement of the affected items
• In case Kidsotic could not fulfill the requested replacement, then the customer has the right to cancel & return the entire order for a full refund
• Pick-up of the items to be returned from the customer's end will be arranged by Kidsotic at no additional fees
• All returned items must be in their original condition they were in when purchased, this includes wrapping in the original packaging they were in when received. This is to avoid any damage to the returned items during the return process
• Refunds will be processed via a bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 2 workings days from Kidsotic receiving the returned items

Please note that we do our best at Kidsotic to display all the information pertaining to any book through our website. We have specialists available through our social media pages to answer all your questions and queries pertaining to all the titles we have to offer. When in doubt regarding any item, kindly revert to them for advice and recommendations.
In-line with the Egyptian CPA law no. 181/2018 - article no. 17, the return or exchange of books is not allowed.
